You can return the item for up to 15-days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

BECAUSE OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT JEWELRY IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SENT TO YOU, NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE RETURNED ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY OUR GEMOLOGIST. IF ANY JEWELRY IS RETURNED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION OR IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN THAT IN WHICH IT WAS SOLD, WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND AND WILL RETURN THE ITEM TO YOU.
